KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — Russian missiles and drones killed at least 11 civilians and injured 40 others in Ukraine on Monday in what President Volodymyr Zelenskyy described as “horrific attacks.”

The person/people needing hardest hit, are yet untouched - this is how the perpetrators of war think they are separate from those they declare war on.... Balance that equation and war becomes rapidly untenable - best of luck remindinding the putin-ites why diplomats are a very necessary position Ukraine
