Using turn signals requires no emotional bandwidth, so I don’t excuse not using them.

even if it did require emotional bandwidth it's a bare minimum standard to safely operate a vehicle

That's the thing that pisses me off. I had two people in my life who juat refused to use turn signals. They low key made fun of me when i used a turn signal with no one around. I don't care. I drive and use turn signals for over 20 years, it's no effort, i do it automatically.

Yeah, if what you’re going through is so bad that you can’t operate your vehicle properly, you shouldn’t be behind the wheel at all.
