It’s not platforming, its exposing.
You're right. But research after research shows that exposing does not work, and that it actually appeals to those who are already inclined to extreme ideas.
If you’re thus inclined, you’re there already and not seeing a video isn’t going to make a major difference.
Let's hope it becomes a "Sun is the best disinfectant" situation, intentionally or not.
None of these interviewers have the balls to actually press their interviewee on these topics.
Thats not the purpose of the interview, which is to shed light on the Musk background. Getting into an argument isn’t going to do that.
I wouldn't "argue" with Errol. I would just keep asking him to explain what he means in more detail.
Also, exposing Elon's father as an unapologetic racist does a lot to explain his behavior.
And the interview did this.
