Those random, public space cameras with the little solar panel and the blue flashing light in parking lots and such.
Accessing for crime data is supposedly what they’re used for, but some of these guys are accessing to stalk ex wives, girlfriends, or “love” interests.
Huh? I've never seen one of those.

Seems like it's a thing only in the US. Makes sense I've never seen them, since I've never been there.

The us and UK are the only places with systems like this to my knowledge.
There's a good chance there's systems like this elsewhere as well but by different names.
