AI generate content and AI generated or edited scripts drive me insane.
They use the same cadence, repeat the question multiple times and use the phrase “that isnt a X, its a Y with Z” or some variation of that flow multiple times. Or the phrase “Before we talk about X, I need to explain Y”
As soon as I get hit with any of those phrases or cadences I have to turn it off. I know they will hit me with them multiple times in the video before showing me the thing I want to learn about.
I really do miss 90s History channel and Discovery channel before they became bullshit propaganda / reality TV machines. I miss being able to just sit and learn about something without being put through the wringer.
What was that Discovery Channel show about aliens lmao
Ouf.. I do that sometimes when writing guides or argumentative articles/texts. As a "this is relevant now for for this, but I will explain further later" or "this is relevant now, and I must explain it now so everything makes sense". Especially if the subject does not require a section of its own, but its understanding is a prerequisite to understanding the wider point.
