you might be right about the ip bam. im just confused since it should be the same ip as my isp router..

edit: looks like at&t doesnt do bridged mode, and the ip passthrough mode doesnt seem to help. maybe i am ip banned, but im still confused why the isp router wouldnt be the ip thats banned.
oh well i guess
403 would be ban so apparently you do have a different IP. Are you dual stacked?
im not familiar with that term. i have v4 and v6 wan ips if thats what you mean. are you saying one of the two is banned, and the other is fine?
