The usa federal government is currently at 14 out of 14. It could be nitpicked a bit by saying that USA federal elections aren't fraudulent yet, that the Trump admin is merely trying to make them fraudulent, but imo trying is enough.
The list is from 2003, so it predates the Trump presidency and it wasn't tailored to fit the current usa government.
