Not the outlet. In my view of the system the seashells are the controls for the flow of those things. So like - turn the cold tap a bit, turn the hot tap a bit, and get some nice warm water.

Sweating like a dog out there? Bypass the hot water and cool yourself off in one of the best ways ever.
