Pro-Palestine activists blocked access roads to Berlin's International Aerospace Exhibition (ILA) on Wednesday, disrupting traffic around one of Europe's largest aerospace and defense trade shows. German media reported that four protesters glued themselves to a road leading to the exhibition grounds near Berlin Airport, prompting a police response and significant delays.

The action was organized by the group Peacefully Against Genocide, which opposes German arms exports to Israel and the planned expansion of weapons production by German defense giant Rheinmetall. The group has accused the company of supplying weapons and ammunition used in Israel's military operations and criticized plans to open a new ammunition facility in Berlin.

The protest follows similar actions carried out by the group during German Armed Forces Day events in Munich and Unna last weekend. In a statement cited by Anadolu Agency, organizers said their demonstrations targeted Germany's military support for Israel and the growing role of arms manufacturers in the country's 'defense' sector.
