Similarly, being murdered is worse than just being beaten up so getting the shit kicked out of you is fine actually, and we should stop criticizing people that assault others.

I’ve never understood what people want when they make this style of argument. Do they just think someone’s actually gonna say “Oh, something else is worse? Great, carry on then”?
