This is obviously an objective criteria, so the mods are always right. Or maybe mildly right? Ahh.. what do we know?

I often do heavy work and still usually skip breakfast, sometimes lunch too, eating just dinner then second dinner in the evening.

Same here, I eat when I need to. Breakfast often doesn't agree with me.
