those "ฯ" runes are Greek Koppa runes:
which are an entirely different symbol to the Sowilo rune "แ":
so the whole "not displaying correctly" is completely fabricated (also you don't fucking need two of them side by side)
imo someone snuck in a neo-nazi symbol in an email and GOG were either okay with it (if their not sending the email in Germany thing is legit - tho people are saying they got it there as well) or they're just too up their own asses to admit someone did send out a nazi dogwhistle and instead of investigating who and why they double downed on gaslighting - not a good look either way
