When I decided to change instances I didn't change my name. I just decided to get off .world
cowfodder@lemmy.world is still an active account, isn't instance banned or heavily moderated anywhere, and hasn't been used since I decided to switch over to .zip. Unlike some people I don't need to use sock puppets to defend myself.

You are obsessed about one person, came into a community and talked about that person even tho he hasn't posted here, and isn't even banned from posting here and isn't banned from this instance. And the dude is still active and posting so he hasn't been banned from his instance either.
So it can't be counted as ban evading and why would you report it for that?
