Possibly. It's an old song so maybe the pronouns are problematic. it specifically says "I'm a man, and so is Lola" at the end of the song.
Missing some words there. It's "I'm glad I'm a man and so is Lola." That line is ambiguous - Lola might be a man or just be glad the singer is a man. Given the rest of the lyrics I think you'd have to say both are likely true.

I get it. I'm an old instrumental musician, classical and jazz trained, and after all these years, I doubt there's a single song that I know all the lyrics to, start to finish. I can memorize music, but I can't memorize lyrics.
Thankfully, if i listen while reading the lyrics, i can usually remember most if them after one or two listens. Im a performer and would hopeless if i couldnt lmao
