Yeah, I looked further now and the company is Environmental Services Research Institute, Esri, headquartered in California.
At first I saw some Swedish contact details and had hope that we might be able to withstand the pressure from Israel, but I wanted confirmation and then found out that is was indeed a US company.
Esri make tools for working with geographic information (gis) and have a hosting platform for your creations. It should be possible to self host but that might be more expensive.
