It sounds like part of the issue is health care capacity:

The clickbaity title on a piece of information that they are pretending everyone should be aware of in said title. Lost some respect for this news outlet.
Not to sound crass as obviously the human toll is devastating regardless, but isn't 500 children in Bangladesh a rounding error basically? What makes this measles outbreak more significant than any other
