How long have the Kurds been roaming the middle east and wasn't included in the chopping up of the middle east after WW1 and 2? Why not a little space and trim 3 territories? (lemmy.world)

Don't mind me asking why was it scrapped? Correct me if I am wrong but was Attaturk the head at the time?
