I'm afraid of the rabbit hole. What are the tldr of those operations (I guess)?

MKULTRA: "Can we mind control people?" (no) "Can we make truth serum?" (no) "Can we just straight up dose random people with LSD without them knowing?" (...yes. Yes We Can.) and a whole lot more questions the CIA decided they needed answering.

Tuskegee Experiment: Deliberately infecting black men with syphilis, not telling them, and not treating it. You know, for science!

Poisoning foster children: I'unno.

Poisoning St. Louis: Probably Operation LAC? Spraying toxic chemicals over St. Louis and other locations, testing how biological or chemical agents would disperse.

MKNAOMI: "Unclassified information about the MKNAOMI program and the related Special Operations Division is scarce. It is generally reported to be a successor to the MKULTRA project focusing on biological projects including biological warfare agents—specifically, to store materials that could either incapacitate or kill a test subject and to develop devices for the diffusion of such materials." -- Wikipedia

Operation Mockingbird: The CIA leaning on the press to sway public opinion against communism.

Operation Northwoods: proposed false flag terrorist attacks to justify a war against Cuba. quote: "The possibilities detailed in the document included the remote control of civilian aircraft which would be secretly repainted as US Air Force planes, a fabricated 'shoot down' of a US Air Force fighter aircraft off the coast of Cuba, the possible assassination of Cuban immigrants, sinking boats of Cuban refugees on the high seas, exploding a US ship, and orchestrating terrorism in US cities."

Deliberately infecting black men with syphilis

there is no credible evidence suggesting the patients were infected deliberately. they didn't have to tell them, because they knew they had it. what was hidden from them is the fact they were not being treated, while being told otherwise.

the reality of the experiment is pretty gruesome if you stick to the facts, no need to make up new ones.

oh, huh, I thought it involved infecting them too, I didn't bother checking out the wikipedia page when I was writing my comment. Wouldn't be the first time we'd give people diseases in the name of science if we had but I'll edit my comment

Similar to the St. Louis one. Operation Sea Spray Where the U.S. infected most of the Bay Area with a bacteria to test how biological weapons warfare would work. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Sea-Spray yes people did get sick
