Can't tell what size it is, but it looks like maybe 11x14 or larger?. Check prices here (purely for general comparison): https://www.michaels.com/shop/frames
Absolute cheapest they come is $5, and they go up considerably from there.
Art is subjective; it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it, but frames have a non-subjective value and it's at least $5 in this case.

I get using Michael's as an appraisal source. I'd used a random thrift store. But I'd consider 5$ higher end (thrift stores got expensive after I stopped going)
Oh yeah good Will and thrift stores in general sell you're shit online for full value.
Also I appraised art by how old it looks. Shit looks like it came from 1800s it's at least 150$
Personally it's worthless/negative value. I'd never want it and I'd take money to throw it away in a dumpster somewhere
