Really ramping up the relationships in this one. Full failure to commit from Ijichi, but that got us the girls saying they’re into each other, so I’ll take it

Unfortunately I have to disappoint you but they were just saying they like each other. Basically just confirming their friendship. The translation is kinda meh because after the "I like you" part she backtracked and said in English "Like" which would just be weird in English to say something similar to "like like like" so that's why they changed it "I'm into you". This translation is terrible but it makes sense. Translation Note would be 100 times better but that's not allowed in a "professional" setting.

Also if you're wondering why she didn't say "love", that's because Japanese don't treat this word lightly. It's reserved for absolutely the closest people in your life.
