Great stuff. I just avoid telling my GP about my injuries....I've gotten used to most of them.
I'm mostly avoiding neon belly vs hernia recovery.
Good plan. I had a hernia repair last year, surgeon said I can back to training after 6 weeks. I waited about 10 until hitting the mats and another 2 before I started rolling.
It wasn't so much the hernia area that hurt, it was everything else after being off for so long. Had some groin pain after, got another scan and was told it's just inflammation of the area.
Very cautious now anytime there's a tweak below the equator.
