As companies grow, they also grow hierarchies and large companies have a lot of layers. Which is what somewhat functioning democracies try to keep in check, because with too much hierarchy layers, you lose the touch to the people and get more easily corrupt(ed). So it can generally be said, that the larger the company, the more corrupt and out of touch with the customers it is. Which is also something we can observe in the largest companies and with the richest people.
So why is a company allowed to move to less regulated pastures, as soon as it has reached a certain size? I honestly think we should take a piece of China here. And maybe also regulate the max size of companies.
