I think I may know them by one of the first two names, but..... They don't actually ring clear bells.... I dunno. Odd that I clearly know both that face and set, and cannot for the life of me place who it is.....

Maybe you know him from his Anime critiques? I feel like they used to make up more of his public appearance earlier in his career.

But this could be my subjective coloring of history because I know him from there originally.

Ah or you might remember the "this isn't a clip that's a magazine" snippet [1], that has achieved emem status. Where he essentially demonstrates his guns to a guy who was threatening him.
