This makes me want to cry, that poor baby growing up without a family because some shitty government had to be racist.

Are you familiar with the case? That line of the article seems to imply the mother might not really have the conditions or capacity to care for the baby.

Not trying to justify racism or xenophobia, just looking to understand this case.
