Like they're Asian in a cultural sense? That rather than having a European mentality of respecting human rights (caveat: does not apply w/r/t genocide of non-whites), while the Rooskies have the "Oriental" mentality described by Gen. Westmoreland as "[not putting] the same high price on life as the westerner"?
