How much is too much? My wife and I smoke a joint at night 7 days a week for the past year. Is that too much?
If you're scromitting less than 4 times a day I think you're in the clear.
Call your doctor if a scrommit lasts longer than four hours, though!

Phew, just made it on a normal day!
