What is Social Democracy?
There are a number of variants, but we can provisionally define it as a political ideology which prescribes the use of democratic collective action to extend the principles of freedom and equality valued by democrats in the political sphere to the organization of the economy and society, chiefly by opposing the inequality and oppression created by laissez-faire capitalism.

I don't need a politician that won't represent me.
If we have electronic voting machines, then we can vote on the issue instead of voting for someone that may or may not do what they "promised".
Politicians have made themselves useless. Let's work around them.

Yes, I see your point. I believe we need to invest in BETTER education.
We could start with better pay for the teachers.
did u know ur like 2 steps away from true democracy? i highly recommend you read gaddafi's green book if you want to further expand that concept.
I'd like to take another step.
Mother may I?
If you don't know anything about Gaddafi, start here and consider if you actually want to invest any time in the Green Book 😂
it's not exactly hard to find information. he was a piece of shit, and also he wrote the green book, a really great piece of literature articulating what true democracy looks like. he also implemented that system in Libya that was working so well it got him assassinated by the CIA. Karl Marx and Chairman Mao were also horrible people. it's okay to live in a world where contradictions can coexist with the truth.
edited to expand my thoughts.
