I think the best thing to do is to learn about the fusiform gyrus in your head, and what happens when it malfunctions, or stops working entirely.

So the notch in the glasses is a sign that you are looking at your own face?

Yup, like in photos and such, but also I know my right eyebrow is just behind the notch, and between that and touch, I can extrapolate the rest of my face enough so I can do simple makeup and shaving and such.
