It can be evidence of something you said or who you have communicated with.
i wrote up a whole comment, but appealing to reason and emotion probably wont work if youre already ok with a man with a gun taking your phone if you suggest the Palestinian people are currently facing a genocide.
i hope you can think critically in the future as to what this means for the future of government authority, and evaluate how that will affect the peoples agency going further.
Like the other commenter said, this is bail. Meaning they've already been to jail and are awaiting trial. Yes, you have reduced rights. No it doesn't matter what the offense was. This stuff sounds pretty standard. Is she supposed to get special privileges? If we want to talk about wither she was wrongfully arrested is a different conversation entirely. No context on the arrest/charge has been provided.
It is bail; it is in lieu of being in prison where you have none of those abilities anyway.
We can discuss whether the original arrest/prosecution was sensible (it probably wasn't), but the bail conditions aren't unreasonable for whatever version of 'hate speech' she's charged with.
These sound like restrictions that would be handed down to Kevin Mitnick. Not someone who said something on the internet or whatever she did (sorry there's so much in the world I can't keep track of it all)
