Oh! Another one popped into my head....I bought either 500 or 200 Ibuprofen in a Walgreens in the states. I think it cost around 30 dollars. You have to be there unfortunately (maybe you can buy online these days but customs are cranky here) but they lasted forever and saved an absolute fortune.
