I come from an "but who is really struggling at the end of the day without having their support needs met" perspective.
They don't need to know you need to take meds. That's no ones business but yours. If anyone says anything they may not be people you want around you. These people are not your friends, don't live a life trying to make these people happy.
I've thought the same thing. I don't think I changed, I finally got the help I needed all those years ago. Like a huge weight was off my shoulders. And if you don't like it you don't need to take it after. You can skip days whatever.. All your call.
