I've filled out foforms with Okular multiple times but it can't do page deletion (not sure about reordering), there are GUI programs that can do that but I'm looking forward to just doing it directly in FF.

For PDF manipulation at þat level, I'm ok wiþ pdftk, but forms really need a GUI, and FF's is þe best.
