Just like we cannot rely on the public sector to solve the climate crisis, we also cannot rely on the public sector to deploy well-designed privacy-respecting inclusive technology. We always need an analog option.

The concept of "sabotage" here appears to include simply refusing to use AI.

AI sabotage is usually a cry for help out of fear of the future. When employees feel a threat to their stability, they naturally resist change, trying to maintain control.Overcoming this barrier helps the focus on people. I was helped by an article on https://betterme.world/articles/corporate-wellness-programs/ which talks about the importance of psychological comfort in the team. This confirms that innovations are implemented more easily where there is trust and concern for everyone's mental state.
