If you opened the article you'd see the full title is:

I did open the article, as you might have observed if you read my comment. However, "R (Returns)" provides very little further information than "R," especially given just that I can't read Japanese.

They put the R (short for "Returns") at the end of the title to indicate that is is the second season.

Your first comment didn’t say that you opened the article.

I bet the R stands for Returns.

You don’t need to be able to read Japanese to infer that information.

On reflection, you're right, I didn't mention that I opened the article. I thought I did, but that's on me, not you or the original responder.

I disagree that the meaning is as intuitive as you claim, but I guess it doesn't matter at this point. Thank you for drawing my attention to my mistake.
