From what I understand on this matter, Von Kemp (Trump, being the magician he was [keyword italicized]) was much worse than hoover due to his policy, which was nothing more than whatever the Jesuit Superior General (Arturo Sosa currently) wanted to happen within the world.

Edit: As for why I italicized the keyword, it's been said that Trump had passed on in 2021. The Alex Jones character, currently portrayed Wil Sasso likely, said it best here:

"We need to be sad about Trump. This is not funny. This is not good. But he’s gone. And that’s it… Sadly, the Trump we all knew and loved no longer exists."
