Cyberpunk 2077

There are at least two different mods that totally rebalance basically all combat, to make it more like a tactical shooter, in the sense of... leveling and stats still exist, but you can both fuck up and be fucked up much more quickly, basically TTK is much lower overall, things are a bit closer to 'realistic'.

So, that'll kind of force a lot of gameplay styles to change.

There are also overhauls for cyberware/hacking, and there's also even basically the equivalent to Hardcore Mode from New Vegas, as a mod, Dark Future, that adds in hunger, thirst, sanity, drug addictions, etc, as fleshed out game mechanics, and you can even pair that with other mods that work with it, like one where if you totally lose your sanity, you basically red out and wake up in an insane combat situation, having gone cyberpsycho.
