FOIA requests have already turned up messages between the local government and the state government/datacenter developers about how to hide information, how the Governor can "lend a hand" to pressure some reluctant local reps, and how they were waiting for things to blow over with the local community when a new olive garden opened.

Lawsuit has some bones.
