For over 10 years I've been sending videos at 4:20pm Pacific to friends and coworkers as a morale booster for the workday being nearly done, also because it's fun to say "420" when you happen to look at the time at 4:20 and shaka at your friends and say "weed" and share silly things.

Anyways, now I will post them to this community as well to help myself build up an archive and also share them with anyone who's got a similar sense of humor.

This is not a daily ritual, just a when-I-can ritual. The last thing I'd want to do is make this fun tradition a job.

An ideal 420 video is a short clip of media (movie, tv, video game, etc.) from before 2010 that is either intentionally funny or funny just by seeing it out of context. The more ridiculous the better.

Exceptions have been made for newer media if it still fits the spirit of the tradition, or I just think it's fascinatingly obscure, or if I just feel like sharing something specific for no reason in particular.

Ironically I am sober/do not use cannabis as it typically just makes me dizzy and tired, but weed it up all you want. 420 blazeit 🤙 when the walls fell
