I am also a clean desktop fan, no icons for me. Nice thing about KDE is I don't even have the mandatory trash can like windows does.

you can remove on windows, though if you do it, good lucm accessing the trash, fhere is no trash entry on the side pqnel of file explorer

I just removed windows instead, much better that way
