I think a flying wing could carry a better payload. A grenade isn't going to do much against a house.
Our houses are made of paper and shattered dreams. A grenade would fuck a modern American house wherever it went off.
Grenades throw fragments though. Sure it would cut through the dry wall, but I'm not sure if the explosion would cause a fire
That's what incendiary grenades are for. You could even get creative and mix together some napalm for poetic justice.
