LOL, I guess, poor Pope Francis.

To be completely honest though I commented on the tweet, then saw the title after posting it. They actually were threatening Vatican with a military action. This is apparently why Pope postponed 2026 visit to US. Insane.

Asshats. They've no idea the bear they're poking. The Catholic church may be severely diminished nowadays, not to mention more tame, but it's still influential all over, it's the most powerful church in the world.

A military action against the Vatican means a military action against Italy (both by geography and by treaties between the two). It'd also mean the EU would come in help. What an idiotic administration.
