"What's been described as a resignation was actually a firing," Kinew said at an unrelated news conference.

I don’t take any issue with it, but it sounds like Kinew is contradicting himself here. If he didn’t take any issue with characterizing it a as a resignation then he wouldn’t have brought up the fact that it was actually s firing
