NilePink: Making my own estradiol from dairy products
(According to one random comment under hbomberguy's soy diet video, milk is full of mammalian sex hormones. I'm certain Nigel would be able to separate them, if that is true.)
Nile should totally try this. For science.
(Kinda joking, but I would also honsetly find this really interesting)
Probably not true, since plenty of cis men drink milk and don't transition
I wouldn't be surprised if there is some, but I bet an entire gallon of hormone laden milk has less estrogen than the average trans person takes on the daily.
I would be surprised if it was even measurable in whole milligrams.
Well if it was measurable in mg, that would be super bad, since oral estrogen doses for trans women are like 2-4 mg per day. For it to be consumed by men regularly with no feminizing effects, I think it would need to be at least in the picograms/gallon range.
... but then again, i'm not a doctor. I could be wrong about that.
Edit: Turns out it's more than I was expecting. Maybe if you are taking an anti-androgen you might get a noticeable amount of E in your system if you drink multiple liters of milk per day? Not that i'd recommend it, but it is interesting.
They'd need to drink more milk than humanly possible. If there was some way to drink truckloads of milk every day without dying it could be done.

That's more than I was expecting.
Now I need someone to fortify my oatmilk with estrogen so I'm not missing this essential nutrient
