I love how they posted a video on their site with a window view showing how incredibly sped up the actual footage is.

Also 10k is ridiculous.

Yeah, I wish they had a video in real time.

But this thing might actually be useful to me with the teleoperation stuff. I'm disabled and can't leave my bed. Having this thing fetch me food and remove dirty dishes would be something I'd gladly pay 10000 Euros for.

Though I suspect that teleoperation needs more concentration than I could muster and is probably not achieved just through a Steam Deck or similar.

For 13K you can get a Unitree G1 humanoid robot to teleoperate. But teleoperation, like the open source robot, requires a VR headset and joysticks, not a steam deck.

I'm 99% sure that it can be done a lot cheaper if you just find the right community of excited nerds.
