Tldr; hospital and er administrators (capitalist business bros running for profit healthcare businesses) want to deregulate ai-reads for poors to push more rubes through the for profit healthcare system that makes money on more throughput & not get sued when outcomes get worse, and keep more time consuming but necessary doctor-reads only for premium healthcare payers.
