“Cause they want to show their independence, you know, stupid people,” complained Trump.

He simply takes what he wants and fights everyone who tries to stop him. He's is the manifestation of a malformed human ego, completely selfish and out of control, even his own will can't stop his ego.

Is the business world it's often referred to as your Boss doing his Pelican tour (or other phrasing). THey Come in. Shit all over everything. Leave everyone the mess as they congratulate themselves for a "job well done"

Make him pay for the rebuild out of his own pocket. The money he claims he raised to build it should be donated to the People's Fund, to help fund healthcare, end homelessness, end poverty, etc. And those funds should be heavily audited, and Trump should account for every penny. Or else.
