So having had a full nights sleep the other night, and then last night having the standard 2 hour blocks, I'm really fucking down and out today.

I'm thinking "is this how I've been the last 2 years and I stopped noticing?!?!"

Are you taking your medication in the morning or afternoon?

If you're not sleeping well then that would be the first thing I'd look at.

I take it throughout the day. I've got a doc appointment Monday to go over it and see if some adjustments can be made. Hopefully.

I'm super old and late to the game but I have figured so much of life is just organising to make it easy to do healthy things

so what is it that makes it easier to get a full night's sleep for you? Do that.

Going to the gym. So I've done that today, just worn out. Hopefully tonight I get a decent sleep.

I don't care if I have to go 7 days a week. Whatever works.
