All of them, probably. But in case this was a genuine question, my post was a modified quote from Trump in 2016 during the election campaign about Russia and Hillary Clinton's emails. After he said it, the email accounts of people in the Clinton campaign and other Democratic Party organizations were very quickly targetted by a big phishing attack.
