Tasnim News Agency published the targets: Saudi Arabia's Hadeed complex in Al-Jubail (6 million tons/year), Emirates Steel in Abu Dhabi, Qatar Steel in Mesaieed, Foulath in Bahrain, United Steel in Kuwait, and Yehuda Steel in Ashdod.
