Y'all are weak this image is nothing, doesn't even have the normal childbirth fluids
Also this image is nothing, there's no joke here. I don't get the symbolism of a chin born baby. If the baby was coming out feet first of the asshole but the head was still stuck up there that'd make sense.
The main joke is that Trump's jowls look like a vagina, it's often referred to as a "nussy." During natural childbirth the exit is through the vagina, that's why MAGA babies exit there, instead of any orifice. I do like the imagery you describe, since it's clear anyone in MAGA clearly has their head up Trump's ass.
